After losing my father rather suddenly in late 2014, I found myself in need of legal services in order to get his estate in order. I was referred to LI Paralegal Services by a neighbor who had recently utilized their services for a similar reason, and they came highly recommended.

Upon attempting to get information on how to get a Qdro certified by the court, I spoke with a woman at the Suffolk County Clerk’s Office. She began to speak without taking a breath about forms, websites, procedures, etc. When I was finally able to get a word in and ask a question, she talked over me and was most unhelpful to say the least.

After working recently on my deed transfer, I want to let everyone know what a successful and positive experience I have had working with Jackie, the founder of the Long Island Paralegal Services. With Jackie’s support and instruction, the deed transfer was made seemingly easy and effortless. I have found Jackie as professional and highly knowledgeable, as well as efficient, welcoming, meticulous, and responsive! As we were trying to an find a paralegal service to assist us with a deed, my husband and I received Long Island Paralegal Services name from a colleague, and recommended her to us. At that time, I was nervous about contacting someone so far away, as the office is based far from our own home. I was also nervous about having to drive all that distance, bring any needed documents manually, meet in person a number of times during the process, etc. However, after speaking to Jackie the very first time, I definitively decided to work with her. All my anxieties and concerns disappeared speaking with her! Upon calling the LIPS number, Jackie, the head and founder, immediately picked up the phone, and answered every question and concerns I had during that first conversation. Making it even easier, during the ensuing process, all questions/concerns were done through email, with almost immediate answers from Jackie. From the living room of our own home! We immediately got the information we needed to go through the deed transfer, were easily able to scan our documents from our own home, and attach the documents in the secure portal. One of the most effective, and easily aspects of working with Jackie, is the online “Portal”.  All the needed documents, forms, etc. were sent via the portal, filled in, signed, and sent back the same way. In addition, any of the questions I had as we were going through the process, were answered quickly, with efficiency and responsiveness. I cannot recommend any legal business, such as the LIPS, any higher. I can honestly say that going through the legal process to do with a deed Transfer was made easy – with Jackie’s informative and precise directions and support. I firmly intend to contact Jackie again if I need any other paralegal services, fervently recommending her to anyone!
