FAQ

Don’t I need an attorney for this?

It may surprise you, but the majority of uncontested situations, or even situations that need negotiation, don’t require an attorney. We’re not attorneys and that simply means we don’t give legal advice or representation. We’re professional legal document preparers and can manage all of the procedural aspects of your case for you. If you did need legal advice or your case developed in a way that went beyond the services we deliver, we would refer you to one of our preferred attorneys.

Will I have to go to court?

In a divorce case, if you and your spouse agree on all the issues, our proven procedural method is highly likely to keep the case out of court.

Will you charge me by the hour?

No, we will agree a fixed fee for your case. That means you get unlimited support throughout at no additional cost, unless the scope of your case changes. In those circumstances, we will always discuss any additional costs with you first.

What types of legal services do you specialize in?

We specialize in a wide range of legal services, including but not limited to family law, real estate transactions, estate planning, and small business support. Feel free to reach out to discuss your specific needs.
